Supporting Our School
How can you help support our school?
All the money that the Parent Forum raises goes directly back to the school. We purchase playground equipment, laminate, paper, school planners, staff appreciation food and supplies, contribute to school improvement projects, and give our teachers money to spend in their classrooms. Here’s how you can help raise money for the school:
Collect Box Tops
Collecting Box Tops is an easy way for you to help our school buy what it needs. Box Tops are worth 10¢ and quickly add up to real cash for our school. The program is newly redesigned, and earning money for our school is easier than ever! You can be part of this by simply scanning your receipts or by clipping Box Tops from participating items. More information about the new Box Tops program and school collection dates will be announced soon.
Link Your Ingles Grocery Card to TJCA
Linking your Ingles grocery card is an easy way to help raise funds for the school while you shop. These cards have to be re-linked each year. You can register online by going to https://www.ingles-markets.com/tools-for-schools-link. You will need the following information:

Eat Out During Our Dine-Out Nights
Throughout the year, we will host Dine-Out Nights at local restaurants. A portion of the sales will be donated back to the school. So, take a night off from cooking and enjoy a night out! We will announce these events in the monthly newsletter and on our calendar.

We have many items that proudly display the TJCA logo and colors – hoodies, t-shirts, cups, pencils, jewelry, hair bows, and more!
Enjoy ICEE Fridays
This is one of our favorite fundraisers! The kids love ICEEs, and the school earns money! Icee days occur on designated Fridays throughout the year and are purchased during your child’s recess. Simply send in $2.00, and your child will enjoy a special treat!
Decorate The Spirit Rock
Want to recognize your son or daughter’s birthday? For a $25 fee, rent the Spirit Rock for 24 hours. Paintings on the Spirit Rocks can include event announcements, words of support and congratulations, birthday messages, or other creative endeavors. See Mrs. Haynes in the High School Office to rent the Upper Campus Rock. See Mrs. Smith in the Grammar School Office to rent the Grammar Campus Rock.
Donate To The Ten For Thom Campaign
We don’t ask our students to sell wrapping paper, candles, or cookie dough. Instead, we ask each family, if they can, to give a tax-deductible gift of $10.00 per month or at least $80.00 per year. Our annual goal is $10,000.
