TJCA night set for Saturday at McNair Field

FOREST CITY — It will be a special night Saturday at McNair Field, home of the Forest City Owls. It will be TJCA night at the ballpark with all Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy (TJCA) students and staff getting in for free. Students and staff members are 

encouraged to wear their spirit shirts. 

Students over the age of 14 may enter without a chaperone, but students under 14 should be accompanied by a chaperone and should enter at the main gate, where the chaperone may purchase a ticket. Tickets will only be sold at the main gate, but TJCA students (over 14) and staff members may enter at the lower gate. 

All new students who were recently accepted for enrollment through the lottery will also get in free. 

TJCA students will be selling 50/50 tickets as well with all proceeds going to the Feed a Gryphon program. 

First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. with gates opening at 6 p.m.

The Owls will be facing the High Point-Thomasville HiToms.
