AVONDALE — The Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy (TJCA) High School spring trip for 2022 was the “Grand Tour of Italy” with EF Tours.
A total of 40 students, staff, and parents traveled throughout Italy enjoying sites and experiences they have discussed over the years at TJCA.
The cities visited included Verona, Venice, Bologna, Pisa, Florence, Pompeii, and Rome. Foods included various types of pasta and included a demonstration in which several got to participate in the making of a pasta lunch, salad, and desserts.
