Biography

 
Mr. Foley joined the board of directors of TJCA-CFA in 2012 and has been an active member ever since that time. Mr. Foley was elected Treasurer in 2013 and is currently still serving as treasurer and chair of the finance committee. In addition, he was chair of the 2020 Vision Committee as well as continuing to serve on several other committees. Mr. Foley earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in Florida.

He retired from Wells Fargo Bank in 2014 after over 40 years in banking. He retired as Vice President for Business Banking having served in New Jersey in a variety of roles with Wells, Wachovia, First Union and other banks acquired along the way.
 
Mr. Foley served two terms as Lieutenant Governor for Kiwanis International after being an active member for many years. He and his wife also volunteer with local charity efforts such as Habitat for Humanity and Center for Food action.
 
Mr. Foley and his wife Kathleen currently reside in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.
