Biography
Part of the TJCA community from 2007-2016, and currently since 2019, Cathy serves as the 7th-grade History teacher.
Her accomplishments include:
- Earning National Board Certification
- Being a National and International Trainer for the Core Knowledge Foundation
- Having more than 30 years of experience in education
She earned a:
- Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida
- Master of Arts in Education from Appalachian State University
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family. She loves the beach, reading, and working outside in the yard.
